About

My interests are in data science, ecology, scientific computing and programming. The posts on here will reflect a random assortment of those topics.

Research

I am currently a Data Scientist at Cell and Gene Therapy Catapult and recently completed a PhD at Imperial College London and National University of Singapore. My research focused on the effects of habitat fragmentation on biodiversity through large-scale mechanistic models. Central to my academic work is a C++ neutral ecology simulator – necsim – for which I provide interfaces for Python and R.
